Do you have an outlet?
No, right now we don't have any outlet. We are operating our business through our website and an Etsy shop.
Can we see your paintings physically?
Unfortunately, we don't have this facility. But we will send you photographs and videos of the original artwork before shipping.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, take custom orders for prints and paintings.
Do you sell digital files?
No, we don’t sell.
Artworks & Products
What kind of canvas do you use for paintings?
We use primed cotton canvas for our paintings.
What is the processing time for made-to-order paintings?
Acrylic painting usually takes 2-3 weeks, while original oil painting takes 4-5 weeks. Oil takes time to oxidize. We will ship the paintings when they are completely dry.
What is the difference between unstretched, stretched, and framed?
Unstretched: It will be only painted or printed canvas. We will ship this rolled canvas in a tube. You will stretch it by yourself.
Stretched: The painted or printed canvas will be stretched over the inner wooden frame. It will be ready to hang.
Framed: Prints will be stretched over the inner wooden frame and have an outer frame of your choice. Framed prints will be ready to hang.
Do you provide certificate of authenticity?
Yes, we provide it through email or slide it in prints or paintings packaging.
Prints Quality
How do you evaluate your printing quality?
We print with commercial-grade ink meant for outdoor use because it stands up to moisture, resists fading, and lasts a very long time. Because our inks stand up to moisture, you can clean your canvas with a damp cloth with no smudging. Always avoid hanging your art in direct sunlight, as the inks will start fading after three years.
What kind of canvas do you use for canvas printing?
We use museum-quality archival poly-cotton canvas to print our artworks. Canvas weight is 400/410 gm.
What are my frame options?
We are happy to offer lots of choices. We have two different depths stretcher bars _ 0.75" and 1.5". We use 0.75" for subtler or smaller art and 1.5" for the larger ones. Floating frames are available in eight colors _ black, white, silver, gold, walnut, antique gold, oak, and white oak.
Is my canvas print artwork covered by a warranty?
We offer hundred years money back warranty if canvas prints get faded.
Will the colors of the printed artwork be as shown in the picture?
There might be very little difference. But we can assure you the artwork colors will match 95%. We always give attention to minor details.
What is the processing time for prints?
Unstretched prints' processing time is one week. Stretched and framed prints usually take 10-15 days. We will inform you earlier if we can't dispatch it within 15 days.
Shipping & Policies
Do you offer local pickup?
We only offer pickup for original artworks that are ready to deliver.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on canvas prints in the USA and Canada. Original paintings, drawings and mixed media art are not eligible for free shipping.
What is shipping cost for international orders?
Please contact us for details, it will depend on artwork size, weight and your location.
Who is responsible for customs duties?
The customer is responsible for any customs duties for international orders.
What if my item gets damaged during shipping?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within a day if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes, we offer a refund. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your painting/print must be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to our studio located in Alexandria, VA, USA.
Commissioned paintings, drawings, and custom prints cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
How long will the refund take?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days upon approval.
Why have I not received my refund yet?
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and release the refund.
